I am (not) ready
Another piece, along the lines of Become Human. This one is longer and a bit more work and a lot more bleak. But if you enjoyed or were engaged by the other, I think this one might be a stronger piece.

This is fantastic. I was just looking at some old Beckett radio plays, wondering, whatever happened to that medium. Podcasts. It's back. Is there a Podcast play out there? Hmmm...

I really took to this. Listened whilst my Child and I ate our Dinner up. My 5yr old commented that she found it scary, wondering why there was a hole (in them) in the first place. You can just imagine the strenght of the visual images the language provoked. I, on the other hand, found it liberating. With shades of dark and light. Would you believe I actually burst out laughing at one point! Such rich language bathed over me and that rhythm. My, that rhythm. Even a staccato guise could not remove from its potency. Not sure if the piece was intentionally meant to be 'clever' in its form, but whatever it might claim to be or regardless of this, it sure is effective -
